Preparation of designs and bidding documents for drinking water projects, sewage networks and wastewater treatment in prioritized locations in the province of La Rioja

As a request of the Ministry of Water and Energy (MAyE for its acronym in Spanish) of La Rioja, through the Ministry of Economy of Argentina, CAF will finance the "Support Program for the Service Expansion and Improvement Plan - MAyE".

Therefore, it invites interested consulting firms to present their proposal for carrying out the "designs and bidding documents for drinking water projects, sewage networks and wastewater treatment in prioritized towns of La Rioja Province".

RFP’s objective is to identify the consultancy company which will perform the studies.

Consultancy services consist in preparing the executive projects and bidding documents to execute the required infrastructure for increasing coverage and improving basic drinking water and sanitation services in prioritized towns of La Rioja Province, where appropriate. The services will include all the activities needed, the development of the implementation schedule according to plan, and the physical and financial resources necessary to carry out those activities.

• Resources: CAF will make financial resources available for contracting the consultancy through the Water Sector Pre-Investment Program (CAF-PPSA).
