Consultancy Services for the supervision of CAF-PPSA studies in Argentina, Ecuador and Paraguay

As a request of several CAF member countries, CAF will finance several studies in the water sector through the third phase of the CAF-PPSA, which will require the EXTERNAL SUPERVISION of such studies.

Therefore, it invites interested consulting firms to present their proposal to carry out "the supervision of CAF-PPSA studies in Argentina, Ecuador and Paraguay ".

RFP’s objective is to identify the consultancy company which will perform the supervision.

The general objective of the consultancy is to supervise the quality of the water sector studies to be carried out within the framework of CAF-PPSA III in order to subsequently be able to tender the associated works and accelerate the execution cycle of the operations of the Program. For this, it is planned to contract an EXTERNAL SUPERVISION that supervises five studies.

• Resources: CAF will make financial resources available for contracting the consultancy through the Water Sector Pre-Investment Program (CAF-PPSA).
