Main Goal of the Program
The main goal of this program is to develop a pilot digital transformation strategy that includes a digital diagnosis and a work plan with technical assistance, in SMEs in the hotel, travel agency, and gastronomic sectors of Barbados and Jamaica, to allow them to improve their productivity and establish competitive advantages in the region.
What does the program offer you? Individual assistance for 10 SMEs
1. Evaluate your current level in digital transformation and identify opportunities for improvement.
2. Design an individual digital transformation plan for you with short-, medium-, and long-term actions.
3. Provide individual technical assistance in the implementation of short-term actions of the digital transformation plan.
What other activities will be available within the program?
1. Sustainability Virtual Workshop, which allows participating companies to identify how they can generate solutions aimed at effective resource management, energy efficiency, waste management, and carbon footprint reduction, among other issues of relevance to environmental management, making their operations more sustainable and where digital transformation becomes a vehicle to achieve the green commitment of the companies.
2. Group mentoring: There will be 7 group consulting sessions to address issues of strategy, processes, marketing, and resources. The mentoring will be hybrid, although there will be at least one face-to-face meeting, with the possibility of a remote connection.
