2nd. Regional Telecommunications Congress discusses challenges and regulatory changes in Latin America
The 2nd. Regional Telecommunications Congress (CRT2014,by its initials on Spanish) is the meeting point for key stakeholders in the telecommunications industry to share experiences, best practices in public policy, discuss regulatory challenges and make the consensus needed to increase investment, network deployment, coverage, quality of services and connectivity for the benefit of Latin American people.
The CRT2014 is organized by the Association of Research Centers and Telecommunication Enterprises (Ahciet), the association of mobile operators GSMA Latin America, the National Authority of Panama Public Services (ASEP) and CAF -development bank of Latin America. This time the country guest is Mexico, whose rulers discuss the regulation of constitutional changes about telecommunications of June 2013.
