CAF- AMA Webinar

In order to share Portugal's experience in implementing its digital transformation strategy, CAF-development bank of Latin America- published "Leapfrogging Digital Transformation Portugal", a report analyzing the specific details of this strategy, collecting lessons learned, recommendations and good practices for Latin America. 

During this webinar, Portugal’s experience leading its digital transformation and promoting its digital governance strategy will be shared, while taking a deeper look at the Administrative Modernization Agency (AMA) case. The event will also share the factors that allowed the strategy to be sustained over time, as well as the governance model adopted and some of the key challenges faced in implementing it. This will be an opportunity to find out about lessons learned that are of relevance to Latin America.
