Latin America and the Caribbean working on the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development

In the ocassion of its 10 year anniversary as Permanent Observer of the United Nations, CAF will raise the voice of Latin America and the Caribbean to strengthen the role of this region as a key player in the discussion of the main challenges and opportunities in the most important multilateral forum in the world.

Within the framework of the 77th General Assembly of the United Nations, CAF will present a week of events for global leaders, heads of state and high-ranking personalities to share experiences and solutions to the international challenges faced by our region on key issues such as climate action , biodiversity, energy transition, cities, gender, inclusion, diversity, among others.

From September 19th. to the 20th, we invite you to be part of these events (top level conferences, talks, and the presentation of innovate initiatives) to explore together the design of solutions to allow the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean move forward to achieve the objectives and goals of the 2030 sustainable development Agenda.
