Concert for Human Rights Day

Central American Regional Office of the High Commissioner of the United Nations for Human Rights, CAF - development bank of Latin America, National Institute of Culture and the Ministry of Education join forces in the performing a concert on the occasion of Human Rights International Day, aiming to raise awareness and support a process of musical instruction and practice as a tool for individual and collective development, and as a space for social participation
