Guidelines for the identification and closing of the human capital gaps for Bolivia's productive plans
The Competitiveness Private Council, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and CAF, Development Bank of Latin America, will present the guidelines for the identification and closing of gaps between supply ad demand of working capacities to promote productive plans in different regions of Bolivia.
