I CAF-Oxford Conference in Colombia. Institutions and Development in Latin America

This Conference was jointly organized by the Latin American Centre of the University of Oxford and FEDESARROLLO, with the support of CAF, Development Bank of Latin America, and the Banco de la Republica of Colombia. It will explore the role of political institutions in public policies, and the development process, trying to combine a more historic view regarding the evolution of democracy with a present perspective about the functioning of the political institutions and their challenges to achieve more equitable and efficient public policies.
