Event date:

September 06, 2016

What can Latin America learn from Spain, and vice versa, with respect to water and sanitation? What are the main challenges of Latin America to provide potable water to all its inhabitants? How can Latin America optimize its hydric management to unleash its potential and become a global agricultural power?

These are some of the questions that renowned international experts will respond to in the second edition of the Water Dialogues, which has become one of the main water and sanitation events at a Latin American and Spanish level.

During the event, experiences and knowledge will be exchanged regarding water management and efficiency of the infrastructure. In addition, possible synergies and collaboration will be identified to develop technical assistance programs, training, research, and technological development. In addition, there will also be debates regarding budgets and requirements that are necessary to finance and manage projects.

The Water Dialogues are organized by CAF with the collaboration of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Environment, the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Spain.
