IV Ibero-American Congress on Road Safety
The CISEV is a congress organized and promoted from its beginning by the Ibero-American Road Institute (IVIA, for its acronym in Spanish).

In its fourth edition, and in addition to the aforementioned multilateral banks, it has the support of the Technical Secretariat of the National Council for the Prevention of Accidents (CONAPRA, for its acronym in Spanish), and the Communications and Transportation Secretariat of the Mexican Government. Other promoters are the General Direction of Traffic of the Spanish Ministry of the Interior, and the Spanish Highway Association, a founding member of IVIA.
