Measures to mitigate the effects of COVID-19 have left Latin American SMEs in a critical predicament. These companies account for more than 99% of the business community and around 30% of GDP; thus, they must be protected at all cost.

What measures should SMEs take to stay afloat? What opportunities do they have in the midst of this crisis?
