He was at the forefront of resolving water and environment related affairs through multiple leadership roles, encompassing water resources, water supply, urban environment, sustainable management activities, new and renewable energy, and overseas business.

Member of the leadership team at The Rockefeller Foundation, where he leads the Foundation's global work related to science and the environment. He has over 25 years of international development experience, including 9 years of fieldwork in Africa, Asia and Latin America.

He leads the Water & Cities agenda within the Social Development Vice Presidency. Economist, specialized in the water supply and sanitation sector.

He leads the fiscal sustainability of the public sector in Ecuador. Professor and international academic lecturer.

Sanitary Engineer with over 20 years of experience in management of Water and Sanitation Companies, in environmental and water resources management, and public management.

He currently leads the Water Team at the OECD Environment Directorate. The Water Team analyses the economic dimension of water management: how water contributes to growth and equity, with a focus on economic instruments and financing water services and infrastructures.

Research and teaching fellow at the University of Oxford. A former fund manager, with over 15 years of practitioner experience in investment and industry. His research interests include corporate water strategy, infrastructure, investment, renewables and development.

Since 2010 he has been a consultant for international organizations, governments and NGOs in strategies for water management, policy analysis and project implementation in Latin America, the Middle East and Asia. He served for more than 20 years as a leader in Water and Engineering and manager of Water and Environment of the World Bank.

He is responsible for the design of the strategy, the implementation of policies and financing for social development projects including: urban development and slums upgrading; water and sanitation; education; inclusion and gender equity. He is also a Governor and member of the Directive Committee of the World Water Council.

She supervises the operations of the business units and controls the strategic and innovation plan.

She specializes in financing arrangements, identifying and structuring investment projects and expanding private sector participation. She previously worked as Financial and Institutional Advisor at the Ministry of Water and Environment in Uganda, and at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, advising and implementing projects for clients in the Financial Services Industry.

He is the task team leader of the World Bank initiative on the quantification of the tradeoffs of the energy-water nexus (Thirsty Energy) and the Program Manager of the Water Partnership Program.

Her responsibilities include managing and developing the investment portfolio of BOT projects in the water & waste recovery sectors. She serves on the board of directors of several investment joint venture companies.

She is currently managing a global programme on climate change mitigation at GIZ, the "Water and wastewater companies for climate mitigation" (WaCCliM).

Works in the Insight and Analysis programme of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, which aims to provide evidence of the benefits of a circular economy and insights into the transition pathways. He is currently working on a number of exploratory projects to help identify potential future areas of focus.

He has over 20 years of experience in water and sanitation programs and policy development in Europe, Africa and America, including: project identification, project financial analysis and feasibility studies, utility strengthening and capacity building, community-based water management, public private partnerships, technical and commercial optimization of water supply services.
