Ecuador: CAF, CIESPAL and FLACSO complete course on “Communication and International Relations”

The Andean Development Corporation, CAF, the International Center for Advanced Communication Studies (CIESPAL) and the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences (FLACSO) ended their four-month course on “Communication and International Relations” in Quito with a team of international instructors. The 33 communicators who took the course were able to enrich their knowledge on subjects related to international relations, integration processes, globalization and the new world order.
