Ecuador: Communication and International Relations Course

CAF signed on Thursday a technical cooperation agreement with the International Center for Higher Communication Studies (CIESPAL), the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences (FLACSO) to develop a course on “Communication and International Relations” in Quito, a multidisciplinary project that will allow participants to choose from four specialization courses on topics related to International Relations. The agreement was signed at the CAF Office in Ecuador.

This postgraduate program will take on some of the contemporary challenges in Latin America, which transcend communication, many of them resulting from internationalization of common social issues and processes.

The goal is to expand participants’ knowledge, for a better understanding of today’s world, and to properly address the issues related to international relations, in favor of mutual understanding, solidarity and world peace.

The four-month program will be taught by specialists from Ecuador, Colombia, Italy, Ireland and the United States.
