This Thursday, at its representative office in Ecuador, the CAF signed a technical cooperation convention with the International Center of Higher Communications Studies (CIESPAL), Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences (FLACSO), for the holding of a course in Quito on “Communication and International Relations,” a multidiscipline project that will allow the participants to opt for four specialization courses in subjects associated with International Relations.

This postgraduate program will deal with a number of contemporary challenges in Latin America that go beyond communication, many of them the result of the internationalization of common social issues and processes.

This is an attempt to enhance participants’ knowledge so that they acquire a better understanding of today’s world and to enable them to deal appropriately with issues having to do with International Relations in the interests of world understanding, solidarity and peace.

The program will last for four months and the team of lecturers will be made up of eminent persons from Ecuador, Colombia, Italy, Ireland, and the United States.
