Loan agreement signed with Ministry of Finance and DNP for US$160 million to support decentralization in Colombia

CAF, the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit and the National Planning Department (DNP) signed a loan agreement for US$160 million to support the National Government’s efforts to strengthen the decentralization process in the country.
