Use of Motorcycles in Latin America

Motorcycles have become a form of subsistence self-employment in high-density cities with unemployment. However, the increase in the use of motorcycles also means an increase in traffic accidents. The challenge for the governments of the region is to create public policies that include motorcycles in road safety, reduce accidents, but consider them as new sources of work and transportation.
