Digital Transformation
Although Latin America and the Caribbean has made notable progress in digital transformation in the last decade, the gaps internally and compared to other emerging economies are significant. Improvements are observed in broadband connectivity in homes, 4G coverage and development of 5G networks, digitalization of state procedures, and electronic commerce and Fintech. However, progress in the digitalization of companies is minor, and the green digital economy remains stagnant. In this paper, we address findings and approaches to address the challenges we have in this field.
