Challenges of structuring and displaying CAF data

The objective of the contest is to promote research, development of applications and projects or platforms, dissemination, and mining of data bases developed by CAF
One of the objectives of the challenge is to stimulate team work by creating and experimenting with initiatives that use data bases produced by CAF, as well as promoting a greater rapprochement of individuals to data journalism.
Those interested must send their proposals through this online form and according to the conditions described in the bases that are attached to this call, addressing the following points:
- Use CAF surveys
- Structure the data in a model that is consistent with the characteristics of the surveys.
- Develop a proposal to feed the proposed model with the following surveys
- Propose displays for the data
The contest is held in the framework of the 2016 Datafest, organized by the newspaper La Nación and Universidad Austral, a meeting point for journalists, communicators, data miners, designers, programmers, public officials, universities, NGO members and those interested in the opening and display of data.
