Detailed Design of Expansion, Rehabilitation and Improvement of Drinking Water Systems in Los Rios and Los Lagos, Chile.

Following a request from the government of Chile, CAF is financing the “DETAILED DESIGN OF EXPANSION, REHABILITATION, AND IMPROVEMENT OF DRINKING WATER SYSTEMSIN THE LOS LAGOS AND LOS RÍOS REGIONS” IN CHILE.
Therefore, CAF invites interested consultancy companies to present their proposals for providing the aforementioned services.
Companies, legally constituted, that demonstrate experience in developing studies related to the purpose of this RFP can respond following the steps mentioned on “How to participate”.
The consultancy aims to design the expansion, rehabilitation, and improvement of sustainable and high-quality drinking water systems for rural communities in the Los Lagos and Los Ríos regions. The objective is to ensure a continuous and safe water supply that is adaptable to projected population growth and compliant with national health standards, thereby promoting improved quality of life and health for residents.
- Source of the funds: CAF has financial resources available through the Water Sector Pre-Investment Program (CAF-PPSA).
- Reference budget: USD 700,000
- Proposal language: Spanish.
- Studies language: Spanish.
- Contract execution period: 420 days after contract has been signed.

Consultancy companies, who are interested to participate, should send to the email CHILE_PPSA@caf.com the following documents:
- Proposals covering the information asked by the Request for Proposal.
- Send all the required documents in PDF version by email.
- Interested consulting firms may join other firms in the form of a consortium or temporal association.
