Selection tender for housing demolitions

Convocation from March 08 to March 14, 2017

CAF, Development Bank of Latin America, calls for a selection tender for demolition works of existing housing on the land where the new North Region headquarters will be built 

The invitation is aimed at national and international companies present in Panama, which are experts in demolition and preparation of land for construction. These companies have the possibility of formalizing their intention to participate until 18:00 hrs. (Panama time) of Tuesday, March 14th, 2017. 

For this purpose, interested companies must do the following: 

  1. Consult the document  "Descripción general del proyecto - nueva sede CAF Región Norte"(General description of the project- New CAF headquarters North Region)
     
  2. Complete and send the following documents: 
    • Letter of intention to participate and the Confidentiality agreement, signed by the legal representative of the company. 
    • Certificate of the public registry of the company in Panama. 
    • Company By-laws 
    • List of shareholders with identification of shareholding percentage, certified by the company's secretary. 
    • Copy of the identity document of the legal representative and document verifying his representation. 
       
  4. Indicate in the electronic mail's subject: "Concurso Sede CAF Región Norte Panamá - Trabajos de Demolición" (Contest CAF Headquarters North Region Panama - Demolition Works").
     
  5. Send the documents and questions exclusively by electronic mail in PDF format to the address in the document  "Carta de intención de participación" ("Letter of Intention to participate")
     

Starting on March 14th, 2017, companies that have complied with the above indicated will receive an electronic mail with the contest rules.
