Turnover Rate

In relation to the last two years, our organization has made notable progress in retaining talent. We have seen a significant decrease in our employee turnover rate, falling by 2.2%. This achievement reflects our ongoing efforts to improve the work environment, foster professional development, and strengthen the organizational culture. These results demonstrate our commitment to the well-being of our employees.

Continuous Training

CAF has provided continuous training for its staff, including specialized programs, skills development and language training. Collaborations have been established with renowned institutions such as CFA, MIT, TEC de Monterrey, and Universidad de los Andes, access to learning platforms such as Linkedin Learning is provided, as well as the possibility to apply for funding for specific training programs.

Professional Development

In 2024, the institution reinforced its commitment to professional development through a leadership training program, offering 141 hours of instruction in ESG, Inclusive Leadership and Digital Transformation. The Lidera program trained 28 emerging leaders, selected for their growth, gender diversity, performance and culture. Many participants assumed leadership roles on projects or were considered for promotions, underscoring the dedication to ongoing training and the importance of diversity and equity.

Performance evaluation

CAF conducts annual performance evaluations for employees with more than six months of seniority. In 2024, 95% of staff participated in the “My CAF Career Planning” program.

  • Goal setting: In the first quarter, performance goals were set using the SMART methodology, with training sessions for leaders and staff.
  • Follow-up and Professional Development: In the third quarter, “Performance Conversations” were held for feedback and training was provided on tools for linking development plans to performance.

Organizational climate

CAF conducts an annual Climate and Engagement survey. In 2024, the “TuVoz” survey had a participation rate of 72%. 
Strategies will focus on strengthening engagement through cultural adjustments, promotion of values, improved communication, innovation, leadership programs, and continuous learning opportunities.

  • CAF Cultural Identity Model: based on values that foster identity and commitment.
  • Lidera Program: Benefited 70% of managers and 50% of directors and supervisors.
  • Training in innovation and technology: More than 100 people trained, generating 13 new ideas.
  • Training and mentoring programs: Strengthened leadership competencies, impacting 40 participants in the first cohort.

CAF Internship Program

 This program for undergraduate and graduate students strengthens their theoretical knowledge through participation in projects aligned with CAF's Strategic Agenda. Guided by specialized professionals, interns develop in an inclusive and motivating environment, fostering talent committed to the organization's mission.

Academic distribution: 44 undergraduate interns and 3 international graduate interns (19 women and 28 men).

Internship Iniciatives 2024:

●  DiversiCAF: Inclusion of four interns in the current cohort.


●  Power skills training: Communication, productivity, Excel, business English, among others.
