Ibero-American Meeting of Young and Entrepreneurial Journalism
This meeting wiil help find out where young Ibero-American journalism stands in this era of transformations which is, at the same time, impacting on the education of journalists and their professional profiles
What are the concerns, trends, new fields of action and, above all, future and paths toward new management, work, and service models for our societies? These are the questions that will be addressed in the meeting.
The activity will take place from Monday, October 24th, to October 26th in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia.
Up to seven journalists who represent innovative trends in Latin American journalism will be selected. The selection will include all formats, emphasizing new forms.

This meeting is organized by the Gabriel Garcia Marquez Foundation for the New Ibero-American Journalism (FNPI, for its acronym in Spanish)); the Asociación de Periodistas Europeos (APE) (Association of European Journalists), and CAF, Development Bank of Latin America. The meeting includes an alliance with the Secretaría General Iberoamericana (SEGIB) (Ibero-American General Secretariat) and the support of the Centro de Formación de la Cooperación Española en Cartagena (CFCE) (Training Center of the Spanish Cooperation in Cartagena).
