Paths to Innovation Workshop
The workshop seeks to build capacities in readiness and management of patentable technology innovation in participating institutions. The workshop targets groups from companies, universities, research centers or associations that have filed technological patents applications via the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT).
As part our continuing support in technological innovation to Panamanian institutions, which have benefited from the CAF-SENACYT and previous projects, CAF has partnered with the Incubator of Patents and Technologies—Incubba of EIA University, to design the “Paths to Innovation” workshops, which aim to allow an accelerated transition from product to results by generating successful paths towards readiness capabilities and transfer of technologies in institutions to maximize the yields of conceptualized technologies and leave an installed capacity that allows participants to continue to develop disruptive technologies.
The activity targets groups from companies, universities, research centers or associations who have filed technology patents via the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT). Priority will be given to entities that have previously participated in intensive CAF workshops for accelerated patent development.
