This new MOOC “Business development with a gender perspective: Intervention model and tools to improve business productivity of women” seeks to provide knowledge and tools for civil servants or individuals engaged in the promotion of economic empowerment of women by implementing policies, programs or projects for that purpose.
Course description
The overall objective of the course is to build capacities of the public sector and suppliers of business services in knowledge, tools and actions to promote growth and productivity of companies led by women. Specifically:
• To develop a conceptual framework on gender and entrepreneurship.
• To provide training in schemes and knowledge for intervention in business development of women.
• To provide tools and good practices of financial services and business development in the region focusing on women.
