The course provides a full overview of financial inclusion, as a multidimensional concept that includes issues on supply and demand of financial products, with its basic dimensions of access, use, the quality and the impact on the financial well-being of families and businesses.
Based on an analysis of the importance of the financial sector and the benefits of financial inclusion, the course focuses on the relevance of financial literacy and financial innovation for the design of financial products and services focusing on the needs of customers.
The course discusses public policies for financial inclusion, highlighting cases of national strategies in Latin America and developing countries.
The course is divided into four theoretical-practical modules:
