Consultancy Services for Social Protection and Inclusion of Vulnerable Groups in Latin America

Specifically, we plan to hire an expert who can devise and propose a:

• Conceptual framework on social protection and social inclusion that CAF can adopt to guide its action as a multilateral bank
• Description of the current state of social protection and vulnerable populations based on an intersectional approach (prioritizing and identifying target groups/populations of interest to CAF)
• Framework for action to develop CAF’s objectives and strategic areas of intervention to strengthen social protection systems and protecting vulnerable groups

The call is intended for specialized professionals or institutions that meet the following requirements:

• Professionals in social and economic sciences or similar
• Experience in social policies or social protection programs or in protection of socially vulnerable populations
• Knowledge of the intersectional and gender approach.
• Vast knowledge of the social context of Latin America and the Caribbean.
