Motorcycles and Road Safety Forum
Sao Paulo
September 11 to 12, 2013
The motorcycle has become a popular method of transportation across Latin America, as it is easy to acquire, operate and maintain, representing 28 percent of the region's vehicle fleet.
To promote dialogue and an exchange of knowledge and practices when it comes to keeping the roads safe for all motorists, a forum organized by the Ibero-American Highway Safety Observatory (OISEVI) entitled "Motorcycles and Safety: Safe Coexistence for Motorcycles on Highways Designed for Cars" will take place in São Paulo, Brazil, on Sept. 11-12.
