Presentation of the 2015 Economy and Development Report (RED, for its acronym in Spanish) in Spain

CAF, Development Bank of Latin America, and the Casa de America will present in Spain the 2015 Economy and Development Repot (RED) "A more effective state. Skills for the design, implementation, and learning of public policies"
An effective State requires skills for the design, implementation, and learning of policies. The 2015 RED suggests four key elements to achieve this: quality bureoucracy, a system of public purchasing, citizen participation, and monitorig and evaluation.
