This is a basic course that will allow you to learn key concepts to understand how experimental and quasi-experimental methodology can be used in order to make better decisions within an organization, and ultimately to promote a continuous learning process and improvement.
Learn how impact assessments help make better decisions on public resources: how to identify assessment opportunities, what is a reliable impact assessment, how to draw lessons learned from an impact assessment, and how to promote a learning agenda at your institution.
The main goal is for participants to learn to recognize assessment opportunities in their organization, understanding the technical requirements and conditions necessary to make an assessment with scientific credibility.
This will be a 5-week course and will allow you to get started in the field of impact assessment through assessment theory and case studies. You will also receive tools to develop a training agenda at your institution to design and implement informed policies based on evidence.

Certificates: at the end of the course and after having completed 75% of each mandatory activity, students will receive a certificate of participation, free of charge. If students wish to receive a completion certificate, they must complete 100% of each mandatory activity and pay 40 euros.
