This is the last of three online courses specialized in PPP contract management, under the ongoing course “Introduction to PPP contract management.” Each course will focus on specific aspects of management with a very practical approach aimed at improving the skills and capabilities of project stakeholders. The third course will focus on breach, sequestration and early termination.
This course was developed by CAF’s specialists and international experts on PPPs.
During this course, students will be able to assess situations in which agreements might be sequestered or terminated early, and learn how to effectively implement sequestration and termination and assess the economic implications.
The first module will focus on how to follow through on agreements, what to do in the event of a breach that may result in penalties and fines, and when. The second module will deal with sequestration and early termination of contracts.

Certificates: at the end of the course and after having completed 75% of each mandatory activity, students will receive a certificate of participation, free of charge. If students wish to receive a completion certificate, they must complete 100% of each mandatory activity and pay 40 euros. The first 30 students to successfully complete the course will receive CAF grants and their completion certificate free of charge.
