First Latin American University Social Responsibility Alliance (URSULA) Regional Forum
The First URSULA Regional Forum: Social Responsibility, University and Sustainable Development seeks to bring together an assortment of society’s players, including schools, the private sector, civil society organizations and government, around the discussion of the role of the universities in achieving the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
What kind of universities do Latin America and the world need to foster new development? What is the ethics necessary for achieving the SDGs? How do we build a new progress-oriented worldview? The URSULA Regional Forum will attempt to answer these questions at Argentina’s University of Mendoza April 11 and 12. Social Responsibility, University and Sustainable Development.
Organized by the Latin American University Social Responsibility Alliance (URSULA) in partnership with Argentina’s University of Mendoza and Chile’s Metropolitan Technological University. The Forum will also feature CAF-Development Bank of Latin America’s Directorate of Social innovation, as well as Peru’s University of the Pacific.
