The CAF made a new disbursement for US$250,000 in favor of Sociedad Financiera Ecuatorial of Ecuador, as part of a US$500,000 line of credit granted by the Corporation to finance micro and small enterprises in that country.
CAF provides more funds for microenterprises in Ecuador
The Andean Development Corporation , CAF, made a new disbursement for $250,000 to Sociedad Financiera Ecuatorial S.A., SFE, as part of a line of credit destined for micro and small enterprises.
In June 2003, the CAF granted a $500,000 line of credit with an 18-month term to support the Ecuadorian productive sector, especially microenterprises. With the success of the placement and administration of these loans, the CAF was able to expand its line of credit to $1,500,000 with a term of 36 months.

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), CAF -development bank of Latin America and the Caribbean-, the Ministry of Agriculture, Land and Fisheries and the Tobago House of Assembly celebrated the successful completion of the “Digitization and Innovation for the Competitiveness and Sustainability of the Agribusiness Sector in Trinidad and Tobago” project.
