Consortium wins feasibility study contract for natural gas network in Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay

  • The governments of Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay, as well as CAF, called for tenders to assess the possibility of integrating a natural gas network along the Paraguay-Parana waterway.
  • The Tractebel Engineering (TE)-Energy Consulting Services (ECS) consortium was the winning bidder.
  • The study will be conducted within six months at a cost of US$300,000, financed with non-reimbursable funding provided by CAF.
