Since 2012, Cotagaita, Vitichi, and Tazna in Potosi have access to specialized medical attention thanks to the Telemedicine project advanced by CAF, Development Bank of Latin America, jointly with Ayuda en Accion (Help in Action) and CIES, members of the Comprehensive Health Coordination Program (PROCOSI, for its Spanish acronym).
