The sixth meeting of ministers took place in Washington and included the main managers of CAF, IDB, ECLAC, and IMF
In the meeting of ministers of Latin America and the Caribbean, presided by Mauricio Cardenas, Minister of Finance and Public Credit of Colombia, opinions were exchanged regarding the challenges faced by the region, and the structural reforms that must be developed in the current global economic context.
Enrique Garcia, Executive President of CAF, Development Bank of Latin America, highlighted the need to increase investment in infrastructure and to promote a pragmatic regional cooperation and integration as priority issues for the development of the region.
