Enrique Garcia, Executive President of CAF -development bank of Latin America, and Jin-Yong Cai, Executive Vice-President and General Director of the International Financing Corporation (IFC), signed a capitalization agreement withClemente del Valle concluded, "This step, strengthens the FDN's autonomy and financial capacity, and consolidates us as the leading entity in infrastracture financing in Colombia".
