Last days to register for the summer school "Connectivity and Digital Innovation in Latin America"
CAF, ECLAC, and the IBEI invite to participate in the third Summer School (Connectivity and Digital Innovation in Latin America", to be held from June 13th to 17th at IBEI's facilities in Barcelona, Spain.
Aimed at leading development professionals and experts in ICT policies of Latin America, the Third Summer School "Connectivity and Digital Innovation in Latin America" will be held from June 13th to 17th at IBEI's facilities in Barcelona, Spain.
There are a few spaces left to participate in this activity, aimed at leading development professionals and experts in ICT policies from public administrations, multilateral organizations, research centers, non-governmental organizations, foundations, companies, and universities interested in the role of creative innovation for development.
The cost of registration for the Summer School is 325€, and includes lunch, coffee breaks, a reception, and materials. All other expenses are the responsibility of the participant, including the trip and hotel. IBEI has organized a group rate at a discount in a hotel nearby for participants who need lodging. It is also possible to register for the sessions of one complete block, for 125€.
With the support of our sponsors, we are offering a small number of scholarships for participants from countries with emerging economies, which includes an exemption of registration. Applications for scholarships must be sent to the organizers of the summer school with a brief explanation of the reasons to seek help, at the latest on May 20th, 2015.
