Medellin is one of the most innovative cities in the world and Latin America. To achieve this, the city focused on two themes: innovation in urban development and social resilience. In the last 20 years, the city went from being the city with the highest levels of violence to be a city for life. Anibal Gaviria, former Mayor of Medellin, explains how this was achieved
